On-Demand Support

For those day-to-day issues that need immediate attention, our On-Demand Support starts at R700 and covers:

Connect: Got WiFi issues? CCTV acting up? Need access control troubleshooting? We’ll take care of the tech side quickly and efficiently.

Fix: Small repairs, maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting things like leaky taps or minor fixes around the property.

Manage: Supervising guest handovers, overseeing cleaning staff, and handling maintenance sign-offs to ensure everything is up to standard.

On-Standby Support

Need us on standby? Our Retainer Service is available for R700 per day, giving you peace of mind between 08h00 – 17h00.

This includes a callout for up to one hour, covering WiFi issues, guest handovers, or cleaning staff supervision and sign-off.

Additional time and any external contractor costs will be billed separately.

Hout Bay Host Assist started with just one unit—one property to manage, one set of guests to please. But as time went on, one turned into two, then three, and eventually four.

Throughout this journey, becoming a Superhost brought firsthand experience of what it takes to maintain a successful short-term rental. From handling last-minute repairs to automating guest check-ins, solutions were created that worked seamlessly for both hosts and guests.

Soon enough, other hosts began reaching out for help with their properties—whether it was troubleshooting WiFi issues or overseeing renovations. That’s when it became clear there was a real need for experienced, hands-on support.
